aptitude (0.8.13-ok6) huanghe; urgency=medium

  * fix: 启动 SIGABRT —— pkg_grouppolicy_section 对空 Section 调用
    string::at(0) 抛 std::out_of_range。将形如 "non-free/"（带尾斜杠）
    的异常 Section 视为 "Unknown"，避免对空串取首字符而崩溃。
    复现包：com.bjmio.bsw。 (Closes: Debian #474115)
