  * remove support for ukui_surface_position property
  * support set window position by Qt API
  * change build dependcies and description
  * change ukui shell surface property name
  * skip taskbar and skip switcher for unnormal type window
  * convert window role to these supported by ukui shell protocol
  * add handling of window property change events
  * destory ukui_surface when ukuiShellSurface destory
  * export ukui_shell and ukui_surface interface by nativeResourceForWindow
  * add some useful property
  * support use nativeResourceForWindow to get ukui_surface object
  * add a example to get and set window geometry
  * update window position by ukui-shell
  * use project source dir wayland protocol xml file
