Flexible Input Method Framework - various tools

 Fcitx is an input method framework with extension support, which provides
 an interface for entering characters of different scripts in applications
 using a variety of mapping systems.

  * scel2org: convert scel data file (Sougou) to .org file
  * txt2mb: convert text file to .mb data file
