This package provides various libraries:

     low-level target-specific hooks required by code generation
     and other runtime components.
   * sanitizer runtimes - AddressSanitizer, ThreadSanitizer,
     UndefinedBehaviorSanitizer, MemorySanitizer, LeakSanitizer
     DataFlowSanitizer, etc
   * profile - Library which is used to collect coverage information.
