libxkbcommon-dev binary package in openKylin Nile V2.0 riscv64

    韩品龙：峰哥，libxkbcommon这个能回退到1.5.0吗，升到1.6.0以后qtbase就编译不过了。从qt改函数编译的话 影响域不太可控
